The Weber Q2000 Black is easy to operate with a push button spark ignitor which starts pre-heating straight away so you'll be cooking in as little as ten minutes.
The cast iron cooking grills split in half so you could replace one grill with an optional Weber Q hotplate to have prawn skewers sizzling at the same time as grilling steaks on the other side. Or, you can roast a leg of lamb or bake a dessert with the optional Weber Q Convection Tray and Q Trivet. It turns the Weber 53010024 into an instant oven, and keeping the lid down ensures food cooks evenly by the natural convection hot air.
