    In short, you can rent pretty much anything for your home or office from Rent The Roo! If we can find it, you can rent it!
    Rent The Roo has an extensive range of appliances and furniture for rent. Our wide range of products include Phones, TVs, computers, game consoles, home entertainment systems, stereos, coffee tables, dining tables, fridges, freezers, microwaves, washers, dryers, air conditioners, beds, baby furniture, BBQs, outdoor furniture, fitness equipment, kids play equipment and much, much more. We are only limited by what is available! Normal lending criteria applies to every application.

  • Which brands can you rent?

    Rent The Roo are not limited by particular items from a few manufacturers or suppliers.

    Basically, if we can find it, you can rent it – so tell us what you want and we will make every effort to find it for you!

    We have a huge range of available items from all the top brands! We can even source many lesser-known brands for you depending on availability.

  • Are all the rental items new?

    Yes. Rent The Roo’s core business is renting brand new products. Everybody loves opening a brand new item, fresh from the box, directly from the supplier!

    From time to time we may have some used, quality items available for rent at a discounted rate. Talk to us about this option. Any used items are subject to availability and are guaranteed to be in top working order.

    Our Contract extensions are only relevant to items already rented by you, you would have more than likely received this item brand new originally.

  • How do I apply?

  • What ID do I need when applying?

    Each applicant needs to pass the standard 100-point ID check before commencing a rental agreement with Rent the Roo. Forms of ID that make up the 100-point ID check may include things such as your driver’s license, passport, birth certificate and Medicare card just to name a few. Ask us for more details.

  • Do I need to pay fees?

    Yes Fees and Charges may apply, but don't worry we will talk you through these before you sign your Rental Contract.

  • How are the rental payments made?

    Payments can be made a number of ways including direct debit (from your nominated account) or as a deduction from a Centrelink account (if applicable).

    Your local Rent The Roo team member will be able to tailor a payment plan that suits you!

  • Are the rental periods flexible?

    Yes. Our rental periods are generally 12 months in length. You also have the option of extending your rental for another 12 month term at a lower rental rate. Or you can Trade and Upgrade and have the latest version! We can tailor a plan to your requirements. 

  • Do you deliver on weekends?

    Yes. We can arrange weekend delivery of your item if required.

  • What happens if the item breaks down?

    In the event that your rental item breaks down or is faulty, we will repair or replace it as required.

  • Can I end the rental agreement early?

    Yes. Please call 137 661 to find out more about our early rental agreement termination policy.

  • What happens at the end of the rental agreement?

    Once the rental period ceases, you have the option of extending your rental and watching the rental rate fall, or why not Trade an Upgrade for the latest version?   • Where are your offices located?

    Rent The Roo has offices located throughout Australia, however we can come to your home!

    You can call 137 661 and arrange your rental over the phone or a visit from one of our staff who will come to you.

    We’ll then deliver the new item/s to your door!
